/ About the Coach

A specific way of reading why people stay stuck

Not a program library. Not a protocol stack. One focused practice built on understanding the behavioral and nervous-system patterns that no app addresses.

Close environmental frame: a coach at a worn wooden desk near a large window, morning light falling across an open notebook and a ceramic mug, hands resting on the page, out-of-focus bookshelves behind, warm natural tones, unhurried stillness

One coach. One client at a time.

My work sits at the intersection of nutrition, movement, sleep, and emotional regulation—not as separate tracks to optimize, but as a single system that either holds or doesn't.

I built this practice because fragmented protocols rarely address the real friction: the Tuesday morning when you know what to do and don't do it. That gap is behavioral, not informational.

Virtual sessions across North America. Accepting a small number of 1:1 clients at a time so the work stays focused and unhurried.

How I think

Stability isn't a metric. It's a pattern you can read.

Nervous system literacy, non-prescriptive accountability, and integrated systems thinking—these aren't buzzwords. They're the map I use to locate where daily life is actually breaking down.

If this reads like the missing piece

A discovery call is a real conversation—no intake form, no sales pitch. We figure out together whether this kind of work is the right fit.
